At Alamo Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most musical instruments and gear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, our team is dedicated to helping you find the right exchange or processing your refund quickly.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your item.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping carton with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred insured carrier to return it to our San Antonio hub.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply credit toward your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
